She is an Independent Governing Council member of the National Crime Research Centre representing academia. She is the Chairperson- Finance and Administration Committee and member Legal Committee.
She is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and holds a Master’s degree in Corporate and Business Law from Birmingham UK, Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Diploma in Criminology and Social Order from the University of Nairobi. She is a Law Lecturer, at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA) with over 19 years cumulative work experience in Legal, Public Service and Academia.
She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK).
