Dr. Resila Onyango PhD, HSC, AIG is an alternate Council member representing the Inspector General of Police Service in the Governing Council. She is a member of the Research and Development Committee and Audit Committee.
She holds a PhD and MPhil in Criminal Justice from the Graduate Center /John Jay College of Criminal Justice- The City University of New York (CUNY), USA under the CUNY Graduate Center Doctorate Fellowship and a Masters Science degree in Criminology from the University of Pennsylvania, USA, under the Ford Foundation International Fellowship Programme.
