She is ex-officio Council Member representing the Chief Justice of the Republic of Kenya. She is the Vice-Chairperson of the Governing Council of the National Crime Research Centre. She serves as the Chairperson of the Legal Committee and a member of the Finance and Administration Committee.
She is a Court of Appeal Judge with over 40 years cumulative work experience on the bench. She holds a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Nairobi and a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK).
